Service Description
In this workshop, participants will gain a scientifically based insight into the mechanisms of performance pressure and its influence on athletic performance and mental health. We will discuss how stress arises, what reactions it triggers and how it is perceived individually. In addition to the opportunity to share their own experiences, participants will learn simple, practical techniques such as breathing and focus exercises to better deal with pressure situations in sport. The practical part is used to try out the methods and reflect on their transferability to your own sport. The aim is to take away concrete tools that can be used directly in training or competition.
